The Service

OneStrix is a quiet command center for your coding agents that runs command-line agents and shells as detached sessions on your own local and paired remote machines, connected through an encrypted relay. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Accounts

Some features require an account, created with an email address and a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.

Plans and limits

The Free plan covers 3 devices with 5 projects and 25 feathers each. Paid plans raise those limits and add team pairing. Plan limits are enforced on the client. Current plans, prices, and limits are described on the pricing page and may change over time.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are not yet available. Before we offer paid plans, we will publish the applicable prices, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms - including any EU consumer withdrawal rights - on this page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' systems, or circumvent plan limits or security controls. You are solely responsible for the agents, code, and commands you run through the Service.

Your content

You retain all rights to your projects, code, and terminal sessions. As described in ourPrivacy Policy, that content stays on your own machines and is never sent to our control plane.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the StrixApp software and the OneStrix name and branding, is owned by Belichberg GmbH and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Details of any third-party or open-source components and their licenses will be published here.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Austrian law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and statutory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms the Service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
